The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC Europe) is organizing a
seminar on Commercial Arbitration in China: Tribunal Possibilities and Practical Aspects.
The seminar will be held on 3 June 2014 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM CET at the Paris offices of Bird & Bird AARPI at: Centre d’Affaires Edouard VII, 3 Square Edouard VII, 75009 Paris.
Overview:
This seminar will introduce French in-house counsel to arbitration in China. The presenters, arbitrators with extensive experience in China as well as a representative of China’s leading independent arbitral tribunal, will provide an overview of the arbitration process in China and its efficacy. They will also look at the various organizations responsible for managing arbitration in China and will address the enforcement of arbitral awards in China.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) are organizing a one-day summit in Paris featuring leading practitioners from all parts of the world including China. They will discuss legal developments in commercial dispute resolution in China.
The event will be held at the ICC Global Headquarters, 33-43 avenue du président Wilson, 75116, Paris, France.
It will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
